A. I would think so. The man assaulted her. Yes - she was physically challenging him, but she was within her legal rights. It is kind of like assault on a police officer. If the officer is using physical force to restrain/arrest you, and you fight them and injure them, that is assault on an officer. She is a licensed bounty hunter. This gives her the legal right to use force as needed to "arrest" fugitives. If that fugitive assaults her during her doing her job, that is assault. Pure and simple.

A. Okay, first, I think that she should spell the names in a normal fashion. Especially those girls names. It makes her seem illiterate instead of creative. But beyond that, she has some really nice names selected. For a girl, Ellie Jo is rather pretty. It is stylish and simple. When the child grows up, she can go by Elle if Ellie is too childish. What do you think of these names?
Q. NOTE: These aren't my favourite names, they are just some names that I really like and I am considering putting them on my namelist. BOYS: Noah Parker Sebastian Hunter Bennett Oliver Jett Wyatt Lucas Shai Nate Leighton/Leyton Skyler/Skylar Layne Kyler GIRLS: Zali/Zahli Ella Keely/Keeley Eliza/Aliza Mila Nieve (I don't like the original spelling because it would always be mispronounced!) Shilah/Shyla/Shaila Lila/Lilah Ailey/Ailie Baila/Bayla Alivia (or Livia) Ayla/Aila Scarlett Julia Lissa/Lyssa- sort of to honour my sister who passed away as a baby, Alyssa.
