Ghost...?!?

A. i think u should listen to her cause i have had my own experiences with spirits plus even if she is lying she just wants attention from a friend and u should probably give it to her sometimes ppl feel alone and need a helpin hand and if she truly is telling the truth u should try 2 stay with her because some spirits r bad news and when someone else is there the spirit wont pull anything because it wants the person its haunting to think shes crazy it happens to a lot of ppl

How do I make a ghost image to use for many different models of computers with sysprep?
Q. I want to make a company ghost image for many different computer models not using seperate images for each model since that takes up so much space. We use many different models of Dell computers. Can I just use an image from one model, ghost it onto another model, update those drivers, ghost it, then ghost to another machine, update its drivers, then keep going until the image has all the drivers for all models? Or do I put all these drivers in a directory for sysprep to find?
Asked by jasonmluna2 - Fri Jun 20 11:45:11 2008 - - 3 Answers - 0 Comments
A. There are always errors when using Ghost programs. I have read about it, and everyone has problems. The only way it will work is if you have EXACT computers with all the same motherboards, components, operating systems, and configuration. Whenever you try to ghost a PC with one configuration to a PC with a different configuration, you will have problems. It's better just to make backups of the data, have all your installation CDs, and go from there. If you are organized, it will go quickly. I read about Ghost to use to transfer data from my old to new computer. After I read it, I said forget it. Instead I used an external hard drive, got all my data organized, installation discs ready, and it was a breeze. I could repeat it easily… [cont.]

How does Ghost Hunters get the flash light to turn off and on?
Q. I use to like Ghost Hunters but after watching so many shows some of it seems a little hokey. Like why is it always the light they can turn off but can't do anything else. Some of the things I just don't believe are ghosts. But, how do they do it with the light?
Asked by sambone - Sat Dec 19 00:46:06 2009 - - 3 Answers - 0 Comments
A. I think sometimes it is a little over the edge, but at the same time, if you weren't a believer before the show and you're watching it, expecting it to turn you into a believer...you're just gonna end up thinking its fake. Its isn't always real, but I don't think that its always fake either. The live ones? Those are fake. There was one where they set up a camera and there was a head at the end of the hallway peeking out, I doubt that was fake. Some things are hard to fake. The flashlight is a really hard debunk, but I'm sure there's a way. Poke it with something and edit it out later? Lots of camera tricks could get rid of it.

What is the scientific explanation for the human ghost?
Q. Now lets go outside the spiritual realm here. Is a ghost something that science may one day prove. I've heard that a ghost is something the human body develops over a given amount of time. I sort of inner field per se. Apon the death of a persons body the ghost is left without a physical shell. So I ask you all, what do you think is the scientific explanation for a human ghost, NOT the religious and/or spiritual answer?

What is the difference between a ghost and a Gardian Angel?
Q. My daughter says she has a ghost. She has pictures. My Granddaughter can see this ghost when know one else can. She is two and calls him the guy.
Asked by Jennifer B - Tue Mar 17 17:49:53 2009 - - 9 Answers - 1 Comments
A. A ghost is a spirit. It can be an angel (fallen or not), or a spirit of a person, or of God. Spirits of people do not inhabit the earth after we die. A guardian angel is a type of spirit, but in particular a helpful one which is obedient to God. It's possible your granddaughter is seeing angels. Are they malevolent or benevolent? Using the name of Jesus will cause malevolent spirits to leave.

Will ghost or cherry shrimp damage live plants?
Q. I'm planning on getting a male betta and 5 cherry OR ghost shrimp. I have a 5 gallon hex with filter, heater, and live plants. Will the shrimp hurt or eat the plants? Also which type of shrimp is better and why? I had 3 ghost shrimp and 2 jumped out of another tank I had only after killing the other.

A. I have a feeling the Betta will eat the Cherry Shrimp. But both shrimp don't eat live plants, unless the leaves are soft or they run out of a primary food source.

How do I feed my ghost shrimp without letting the betta hog everything?
Q. I have a betta, five ghost shrimp, and one of those little fish that sucks the side of the tank in my aquarium. Do we need to feed the fish that sucks the side of the tank and the shrimp? I read that you can feed the shrimp fish food, but whatever we put in the tank gets eaten by the betta right away. We don't want to put too much food in and overfeed the betta, but we don't want the shrimp to starve. What should we do?
Asked by theturtleparty - Fri May 22 01:35:14 2009 - - 3 Answers - 0 Comments
A. I feed my shrimp catfish wafers from Hikari. They instantly sink to the bottom and if you drop them right, while distracting the betta, you can aim to let the wafer fall behind an ornament where the shrimp can easily get at it. Truth be told, I watched my shrimp practically slap my betta in the face before snagging a wafer and scurrying off with it. As for the algae eater you can feed him lettuce, or zucchini slices secured to the side with a veggie clip.

How do you get scorpians, ghost cars, and cannons in your server on Halo 1 pc version?
Q. When i get onto servers, almost all of them have scorpians, ghost cars or cannons in them and i don't know how to get them in mine. Could anyone help?

A. As in Halo Trial or full version? In full version, all you have to do is edit gametypes, its just too obvious. In Trial, while selecting Gametype, you only have Slayer and CTF. Select CTF(But dont press enter). Then use Alt-Tab to minimise the game. Then go to "My Documents\My Games\Halo Trial\saved\playlists\def ault_playlist. You will find folders named 00 to 37. 32 is for CTF. Open any other folder(eg.-31for "Race") and copy blam.lst from folder 31 to 32. Then maximise Halo and start the game with the CTF gametype selected. The gametype Race will be used instead of CTF. For a new server you have to restart Halo. Heres a chart of the Gametypes:- * '00' for Classic Slayer * '01' for Classic Slayer Pro * '02' for Classic Elimination *… [cont.]

How do you take care of ghost shrimp?
Q. I am thinking about putting 2-3 ghost shrimp in a 2.5 gallon tank. How do I care for them? I have already done internet research but would like to learn more.
Asked by FuzzyMonster - Wed Jul 18 23:01:44 2007 - - 6 Answers - 0 Comments
A. Do you have any other fish in there? Be careful because ghost shrimp are often a favorite food of a lot of other fish. Luckily, 2.5 gallons is small enough that fish that would fit in there really wouldn't be able to EASILY eat a ghost shrimp. Ideally get at least 5-6 for them to thrive. They are fine in smaller groups but do better in a larger one as long as there is enough space and no competition for food. Give them hiding places for when they molt. (They are too easily attacked during that time.) They will eat any time of fish food and will swim up to get it as well as wait for it to fall to them, depends on the personality of the individual shrimp and the safety of the tank waters. Being virtually invisible, you might not see… [cont.]

A. Hm, I don't know, it depends on the histroy of the place. Don't really believe what your friends say because you never know if they are lying or misunderstood what they were seeing. Ghost are real, trust me...Just don't be dissapointed or say that they dont exist if you don't get a paranormal experience because not every claimed haunted house is really haunted.

Then hit the red switch at the top to make the transparent blocks solid. Then go throuth the door. Then do Wall-Jumps up to a higher place (Left+A on a wall, then Right+A on the other wall.) Then hit the other red ! switch and quickly get to the pipe. Now go all the way up to the top and get to the door. There's your regular exit. Q. I have a breeding net but I can't tell the differences between male and female and I don't know how to breed ghost shrimp either i have frogs that I want to breed also. I need help !

A. Easy to breed tropical fish: guppies -male smaller and more colour/female bigger less colour swordtails / PLATIES / black mollies / sailfin mollies / velifera mollies -male usually smaller + slimmer and has gonopodium and sword on tail ghost shrimp: Females grow larger than the males. They carry their greenish-grey eggs attached to their swimmerets (just like crayfish). The eggs look as if they re inside their bellies because their legs look like part of their abdomens. If you want babies, you d be ahead to isolate egg-bearing females in their own maternity tank. The babies cling to the swimmerets once they hatch out. Nearly all fishes love baby ghost shrimps.

What fish are compatible with a Black Ghost Knife in a 20-Gallon tank?
Q. Hello, I was wondering if there were any good compatible fish for a black ghost knife in a 20 gallon tank? I will upgrade tank size later, but for now what would you all in the yahoo answers community suggest? Thanks for your time. Sorry I'd also like to add that I have a betta, and I was wondering if it would be compatible with a betta.

A. Don't put any aggressive fish with the ghost knife, or any fast moving fish, or any fin nippers. Angel fish who are peaceful can be put with the ghost knife, but beware of those angel fish who are fin nippers as angel fish can move fast and ghost knife's don't! I would put it in with a silver dollar or a silver shark, and some gourami's. Remember to put in lots of plants and ornaments so the ghost knife has somewhere to hide! And if you don't have an air stone then put one in! The ghost knife will love the air pumping through :) Be careful of the size as well, try and get one that is larger then the other fish you want to put in there!

What is your reaction to companies claim new item invented by ghost?
Q. A major corporation is now admitting to getting new ideas from the ghost of their founder. In a radio commercial for the new Double Down sandwich from KFC, the announcer states "only the Colonel could have invented a sandwich with so much chicken, there's no room for a bun". But Colonel Sanders has been dead for over 30 years now. Either they have been sitting on this sandwich for at least three decades and just decided to come out with it now, or the ghost of Colonel Sanders invented it. Why would a major corporation lie about this when they would probably lose millions of dollars and their company cause they would look crazy if it's not true?

A. I don't think that people care as much as some might think. Even the people in the masses who don't believe in ghosts or the afterlife don't care much if other people do or if they mention such things. It's only hard core skeptics that get their feathers all ruffled over such things. Even the most fanatical Christians...seeing this as a demon helping someone create a sandwich, would just shrug this one off. For the record, I don't think that is what was meant by the announcer. "The Colonel" could be seen as the spirit of the company, that's probably what he meant.
